Committees and Taskforces

The Nominations Committee, which consists of a minimum of five members appointed by the chair, prepares the lists of nominations for the election of Executive Councilors for submission by its Chairperson. The committee is chaired by the Past President and in the event of his or her absence, disability, death, removal, resignation, disqualification, or any other cause, may be filled by a vote of the majority of the remaining Councilors even if less than a quorum. The Chairperson shall hold office until the expiration of his or her predecessor's term of office.
