Any individual, whether or not an AAPOR member, may submit a written complaint concerning a possible violation to the Chair of the Standards Committee. This
complaint form and all related materials prepared for the AAPOR Council, the Standards
Committee, or an ad hoc Evaluation Committee appointed to investigate the complaint
will be kept confidential.
