Anyone can make a nomination by submitting a statement which includes: (1) a description of the accomplishment; (2) evidence for the timing of the innovation and its impact on the profession; and (3) names of the individuals or groups responsible for the innovation. While not mandatory, providing details on the nature of the innovation and its impact on the profession will assist the committee in its selection process.
