Boston has a very good public transportation system, so be sure to check distance from the Seaport World Trade Center.

Airport Transportation Information
The Seaport Boston Hotel and the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel are located approximately 15 minutes (3 miles) from the Logan International Airport. Taxi fare is approximately $25.
Public Transportation
The MBTA Silver Line Waterfront (SL1) provides service from the Logan International Airport terminals to the World Trade Center (first stop) and Silver Line Way (second stop) every 10 minutes during the weekday and every 15 minutes during the weekend. The Silver Line Waterfront bus is available at baggage claim outside each terminal. Seaport Boston Hotel is across the street from the World Trade Center Stop. The Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel is across the parking lot from the Silver Line Way stop. Cost is $2.50 each way and a ticket can be purchased prior to boarding.
Water Taxi
This scenic way to travel is a great way to avoid traffic. The stop for pick up and drop off is at the Seaport World Trade Center, directly across the street from the Seaport Boston Hotel. On arrival at Logan International Airport take the Massport Route 66 Shuttle Bus to the dock. Shuttle is available outside of baggage claim. Cost is $7 one-way / $13 roundtrip. Sedan Service
BostonCoach offers a variety of transportation services to and from the Logan International Airport. To reserve a sedan, contact BostonCoach at +1-800-672-7676 (U.S. and Canada). When calling from outside the U.S. and Canada, dial the local access code for the country you are in, and then 1-800-672-7676. Sedan service between the airport and both hotels is $112.33 includes tax and gratuities, does not include tolls and parking (if needed). Return transfer is $100.48 plus tolls. Rates are subject to change. Advance reservations are required with cancellations 1 hour in advance to avoid penalties.

To Seaport Boston Hotel
Follow the signs toward I-90 West / Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25. At the top of the ramp proceed straight onto B Street. Follow B Street to the end and take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Garage will be on your right.
To Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel
Follow the signs toward I-90 West / Ted Williams Tunnel. Take Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25. Keep right at the fork to Congress Street and hotel is on your left.
Parking
Seaport Boston Hotel valet parking is $42 per day and self-parking fee is $32 daily. Both rates include in-and-out privileges.
Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel offers a valet parking fee of $42 per day, includes in-and-out privilege. Self-parking garage is next door. Cost is $32 per day and does not include in-and-out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
Foreign Visas
Travelers attending the meeting from qualified countries to the United States for tourism or business for 90 days or less may be eligible to visit the United States without a visa. Currently, 27 countries participate in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Visitors entering on the VWP may not work or study while in the United States and may not stay longer than 90 days or change their status to another category. Visitors entering on the VWP must have machine-readable passports. Travelers without machine-readable passports will need to apply for a visa to enter the United States. Boston’s average high temperature in May is 67° Fahrenheit (19° Celsius), with an average low temperature of 50° Fahrenheit (10° Celsius). Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.
