1.) Click here to complete the AAPOR 68th Exhibit Space and Sponsorship Contract and accept the rules & regulations by signing page one under Authorized Signature and date.
2.) Submit both pages of your contract along with your payment information directly to Catrisha Fisher at cfisher@aapor.org.
3.) IMPORTANT: if a booth becomes available, you will be contacted by Catrisha Fisher directly both email and phone.
Your application will be added to the wait list in the order in which it is received. Your credit card will be charged only in the event that a booth becomes available with your approval. Full Payment must accompany any applications submitted after April 12, 2013. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation along with your booth number.
