President's Column -- Dick Kulka discusses a host of issues that AAPOR and AAPOR members have been involved in during the past year. Highlights include the election polls and controversies, educational opportunities, as well as the 2008 conference in New Orleans and the new adventures awaiting us in 2009 in Florida.

2009 Conference Update  -- Read about the plans for the 2009 conference in Hollywood, Florida on May 14-17. It should be exciting.

Short Courses -- The 2009 annual conference will include six short courses to help us hone our skills.

2008 Conference Review  -- Linda Dimitropoulos and David DesRoches describe many of the activites that  made the 2008 conference in New Orleans so special.

Membership and Chapter Relations --  Adam Safir and Nancy Whelchel have some great news on AAPOR membership. They also discuss how the organization is reaching out to students and the chapters to enhance the AAPOR experience.

Communications -- Mike Brick and Mike Mokrzycki talk about new ways for members to interact with each other.
